Six barbers. Six points of view. We hire on temperament first, technique second — both, however, are non-negotiable. Any of them will give you a fine cut. Their differences are matters of preference.

Trained from age fourteen in his uncle's shop on Via Toledo. Specialises in the slow, dry scissor cut and the open straight razor. Speaks Italian, Spanish, and quietly. Off the chair, he is at the opera or growing tomatoes.
